Tri-Cities Prep Boys Cross Country team finished 4th in the Disrict 5 & 6 Regional Competition last week and qualify to compete at State on Saturday November 5th – 11:30am at Sun Willows in Pasco! Tri-Cities Prep Football plays Manson for a playoff crossover game on Friday, November 4th at 7pm at the Chiawana football field in Pasco. Come and cheer your Jaguar athletes to victory!

Both the boys and girls Tri-Cities Prep Cross Country teams won team titles at Big Cross in Pasco this past Saturday.  They are advancing to the District 5/6 meet on Saturday, October 29 at Walla Walla Point Park in Wenatchee. According to the WIAA website:  Each week throughout the school year, the WIAA recognizes varsity athletes from each of the six classifications who exhibited an outstanding performance for the previous week (based on nominations). All varsity level students in good academic standing at their schools are eligible to receive the WIAA Athlete of the Week Award.   Mario (Bubba) Valencia was awarded Week 7 WIAA Athlete of the Week for his 20 carries for 255 rushing yards and 4 touchdowns against DeSales in the annual Holy Bowl game.  Tri-Cities Prep won  52-0 taking home the 2016 Holy Bowl Trophy.

The Knights of Columbus Holy Bowl is an annual football game featuring Tri-Cities Prep Catholic High School versus DeSales Catholic High School from Walla Walla.  The winner gets to take home the Holy Bowl Trophy.  This year the Jaguars host the Irish at Chiawana field in Pasco.  The pre-game festivities begin with a tailgate BBQ at 6pm.  Pre-game announcements will begin at 6:45pm and include a presentation of the colors by the Knights of Columbus Color Guard.  Tickets can be purchased at the gates.
