PRESIDENT’S POST
September 13, 2011
Dear Tri-Cities Prep Parents,
At this point in the school year it is important to Thank You for choosing Tri-Cities Prep for your students to attend.
This is one of the most important decisions parents must make and we are blessed to have this vibrant, growing school as an option for you.
Thanks to committed parents, motivated students and staff, and limited distractions, our school is free to focus on quality education and formation. The safe and orderly environment, and moral and ethical values taught make Tri-Cities Prep truly unique among the schools in the Tri-Cities.
We are reminded often as we watch and work daily with your student, how each is able to thrive when allowed to learn in a safe and supportive school.
As our college prep curriculum serves us well in forming successful college bound young people, our Catholicity is greater than the sum of all our work. Catholic identity is not measured in individual standards, but in the overall environment that exists, and is greater than all other standards.
I hope you will take advantage of joining us to express this important piece of the fabric of our school:
- Wednesday, September 14th, Mass of the Holy Spirit, 7:00pm @ Prep
- Tuesday, September 20th, Mass being celebrated with Bishop Cupich @ Prep, 11:30am.
- Blessing of the new construction, Multi –Purpose and Chapel will follow mass.
Again, please know how much we appreciate your efforts as parents keeping the ever-changing schedules of your family.
I hope these events will inspire you as we spend time together in prayer expressing God’s importance and central role in the journey of Tri-Cities Prep, A Catholic High School.
Sincere Regards,
Steve Potter
President
