The small size of the school means that students benefit by a high degree of personal attention and response to individual needs. Teachers regularly make themselves available to students who are in need of additional assistance and tutoring.

Rigorous college prep curriculum in a faith center environment is the core of our mission. Students and parents are encouraged to contact teachers with academic questions and needs, together we can achieve the highest academic standards for our students.

TCP is very excited with the ability to offer you and your student up to date information through out the 2016-2017 school year. Keeping current with assignments and grades is another way to help your student be successful at Tri-Cities Prep. This is why we have partnered with MyStudentData.com.

Process for accessing data on MyStudentData.com:

MyStudentData.com is a website dedicated to providing parental access to all of their student’s school data. These data include current grade book grades, transcript, schedule, and attendance.

Here is a step-by-step procedure for gaining access to your student’s data.

1. Open any web browser on your computer.
2. Type in “mystudentdata.com” or click HERE
3. In the information fields under “Find your student”, enter the following information
a. Under “school ID”, enter “61”
b. Under “Student ID”, enter the six-digit number of your student, this can be found on your student’s Mid Term report. Enter birthdate in the prescribed format (mm/dd/yyyy)
c. Enter the web password you provided to the main office. (If you do not know what this is, please contact the office and they can provide it to you over the phone or by e-mail. If you never provided a password to the office, you will not be able to gain access to your student’s data. Please call or e-mail the office to set up a password) NOTE: Passwords are case and space sensitive)
4. At this point, you should be able to browse for whatever information you wish. NOTE: “Grades” denote quarter grades. “Grade book” denotes current assignment grades.
