Re-Enrollment Forms

Re-Enrollment is now open to existing Prep students for the 2021-2022 school year.  The deadline to submit your re-enrollment form is Tuesday, February 22nd.  If you are requesting financial assistance, these forms and required support data are due by Tuesday, April 2nd.
