“My years as a student at Prep were some of the best of my life. During my school years, I was able to form life long bonds with friends and receive guidance from inspiring and brilliant educators. I am so grateful to teachers like Brett Powers, Pat Wilson, and Matt Potter, who instilled in me a passion for teaching that continues to this day. Witnessing their love and dedication for their subject matter made me want to do the same. It was always a priority for me to teach in a Catholic school and give back what was given to me, but it was my dream to teach at Prep, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be living that dream now!”
–Ailis Kirven, TCP Class of 2010 and current faculty
Your assistance is vital in upholding our rigorous standards and ensuring a low teacher-to-student ratio. At Prep, we recognize that our faculty and staff consider it a privilege to work here. However, it is crucial that they receive fair compensation and have access to materials and curriculum that optimize their interactions with our students. Your monthly pledges, regardless of the amount, are greatly appreciated. By committing to contribute $1000 per year (or $83.33 per month) for the next 5 years, you can become a member of our esteemed Tradition of Excellence Society. Membership includes receiving our annual newsletter, featuring faculty profiles and curriculum updates, as well as an invitation to our annual “Thanks for Giving” donor reception, where we honor the remarkable generosity shown to our school.
“I teach at Prep because we are a small school, we can pray as a community for and with each other, and we hold students to a high level of academic rigor as they attend mostly honors classes. Because of our high standards and faith, I have the opportunity to watch students grow spiritually and academically from the time they enter as freshman to their graduation. Both of my children attended Tri-Cities Prep and have graduated from college. They are so thankful for the educational experience they had at our school. They were well-prepared to continue their education. Our whole family is so grateful!”
-Sue Spets, Spanish teacher at Tri-Cities Prep since 2005
