Tri-Cities Prep

Tri-Cities Prep has a diverse student body which is reflective of the population of the greater Tri-Cities. Although we are a Catholic school, we welcome students of all faiths and backgrounds. In our curriculum, students are challenged to think critically about who they are in the community and world.

While exploring the roots and morality of culture, students are encouraged to branch out into the artistic culture as well! We offer Baile Folklorico as an elective class which is Mexican folk dancing and a beautiful expression of culture. Our theater arts program is making a comeback, and we performed a spring play this year…the first production since the fall of 2019!

If you value cultural leadership and diversity like we do, please consider donating $94 in honor of our mission and founding year? www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=2ZYNC973NRE2C

What does it mean to be a “Physical Leader?” We believe that each and every human is created in the image and likeness of God, and as such we are called to honor our physical bodies by keeping them strong and healthy. At TC Prep, we foster this through education and athletics. In the classroom, we teach physiology, health, and how to take care of our bodies with healthy cooking and physical activity.

Tri-Cities Prep boasts a successful WIAA athletic program, and participates as a member of the Eastern Washington Athletic Conference (EWAC) in the 2B classification. Through athletics, our students learn perseverance, effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We have a no-cut policy in athletics and students who wish to participate in athletics are encouraged to do so. About half our students are members of at least one Jaguar sports team. We’ve had much success in athletics, including state championships in Football, Baseball, Boys & Girls Basketball and Cross-Country.

We are committed to helping students love and honor themselves and others! Help us keep the mission going by donating $94 in honor of our founding year! www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=2ZYNC973NRE2C

Our students are smart! Rigorous academics are only part of the intellectual development at Tri-Cities Prep. Our goal in the classroom is to help students understand both the world in which they live and the responsibility they have as young Christian men and women of action in that world. This means keeping the bar high for academics and conduct, and encouraging each student to reach their potential. No minimum standards here! Our students rise to the top because that is where their goals are.

If you’d like to help our students reach their academic goals, consider a $94 donation in honor of our founding year! www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=2ZYNC973NRE2C

Part of our mission is to help our graduates become spiritual leaders. This doesn’t mean we expect them all to become members of the clergy. Rather, we want them to be comfortable in their skin and confident enough to share their faith with others through action.

We have an active Campus Ministry program which includes retreats, prayer groups, weekly mass, and service. Each student contributes a minimum of 140 hours of service throughout their four years of high school, culminating with a service project their senior year.

Our founders believed that the best spiritual leaders are formed through self-awareness and service, and Tri-Cities Prep continually strives to provide those opportunities. If you love our mission like we do, consider donating $94 today in honor of our founding year! www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=2ZYNC973NRE2C

Tri-Cities Prep

TODAY we celebrate Tri-Cities Prep’s #FoundersDay ! On this day in 1994, after years of meetings, prayer, generosity, and good old-fashioned hard work, our founders signed the Articles of Incorporation for Tri-Cities Prep, A Catholic High School Under the Patronage of St. Thomas Aquinas. Yep, that’s a mouthful, so we just call our school “Tri-Cities Prep,” “TC Prep,” “TCP,” or sometimes simply “Prep.”

Just four years after the signing, we welcomed our first freshman class in the fall of 1998. Our founders’ perseverance and determination over the years continues to benefit hundreds of students and their families, as well as the greater Tri-Cities community.

Stay tuned to our socials today as we will continue to post about who we are, our mission, and our work. If you are so moved, we would love for you to donate $94 in honor of our founding year. www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=2ZYNC973NRE2C
