Tri-Cities Prep’s very own Carter Ritala earned the honor of being named the 2017 EWAC Baseball Player of the Year alongside Kyle Gradwohl of Dayton-Waitsburg.
The Jaguars have remained undefeated throughout the season as they head into Regionals this Saturday to play Pe Ell at 11:00am in Yakima.
Tri-Cities Prep players named to First Team are: Carter Ritala, Trent Mercado, Jared Hartwig and Jacob Amato. Second Team honors go to: Sam Harlow and Chase Wilson. Honorable-Mentions: Max Nelson, Logan Mercado, and Colin Dickson.
Coach Jason Jarrett was also named Coach of the Year.
